How do I use my red light therapy properly?
We recommend using the light therapy lamp 1-2 times a day, keeping a distance of 3.9-11.8 inch, and not exceeding 30 minutes of use at a time. Most importantly, wear a complimentary eye mask when using it.

What is the EMF output of your devices?
Anything with electric current running through it is going to generate some electromagnetic field. However with all of our panels, there is no detectable electromagnetic field (above background noise) at 3+ inches from the face of the panel.

What's the difference between red light and near-infrared light?
Red light Delivered at 660nm, red light is readily absorbed by surface tissues and cells, leading to enhanced skin health.
NIR Delivered at 850nm, and is invisible to the human eye, and penetrates into deeper tissues, leading to enhanced recovery.

Why is the infrared mode light not on? Is my equipment broken?
Because the near infrared is outside the visible spectrum of the human eye, we find that the light is not bright when we use the infrared mode. But rest assured, they are already at work.
